SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OliGG is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. All delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
