RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at contact@oligg.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., email).
International Customers (Outside EU) Customers outside the European Union may return items within 14 days of receiving their order. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and any other charges incurred. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected at our facility.
Return Process To return an item, please contact us at contact@oligg.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- EU customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- International customers: You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duty fees.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- EU customers: We will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs (if applicable).
- International customers: We will refund the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@oligg.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs for all customers regardless of location.
Exceptions Certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if they are personalized, custom-made, sealed for hygiene reasons, or clearly marked as final sale. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
