How Our Shipping Works All OliGG products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order, reducing waste and inventory. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from facilities located in the US, EU, and other regions depending on your delivery address and product availability.

Production Time Production time: 3-8 business days

Your order will be produced at the facility closest to your delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been produced and dispatched.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates from the date of dispatch (after production is complete) and may vary depending on the fulfillment location, carrier performance, and customs processing.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3-8 days) + Shipping Time

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-11 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 9-19 business days from order date

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 6-15 business days from order date

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-11 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 8-18 business days from order date

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-11 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 8-18 business days from order date

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 10-21 business days from order date

Rest of World:

  • Standard Shipping: 12-22 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery: 14-29 business days from order date

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is produced and shipped. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Customers: For orders shipped within the EU from EU facilities, VAT is included in the product price. No additional customs fees apply. However, if your order is fulfilled from outside the EU, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes.

International Customers (Outside EU): You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, OliGG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact us at contact@oligg.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays: OliGG is not responsible for delays caused by production issues, carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order. We cannot modify or redirect shipments once production has started. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for reproduction and reshipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reproducing and reshipping the order.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. This helps us fulfill your order faster by using the facility closest to you for each product.

Order Tracking & Support You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@oligg.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Production Updates During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays.
